The Company develops and manages merchant-based loyalty programs for financial institutions and airlines through which their customers accelerate earning frequent flyer miles and/or other rewards on purchases at participating merchants. Under the umbrella of each program, Advantex provides merchants with marketing, customer incentives and secured future sales through its Advance Purchase Marketing® (APM) model.

Advantex operates merchant-based loyalty programs for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, and Lufthansa Airlines.

Kelly is a successful business leader with a proven track record of delivering profits. He joined Advantex in 2005 as President and Chief Operating Officer and became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006. From 1999 to 2005, he was President and Chief Executive Officer at News Marketing Canada, a unit of News Corporation, a diversified international media and entertainment company with US$24 billion revenue. Under his direction, News Marketing Canada achieved five consecutive years of record profit growth, reversing the unit’s historical loss position. Kelly left News Marketing Canada when his position was absorbed into the parent company. As Chief Operating Officer at Melitta Canada from 1997 to 1999, Kelly led the company to its first profit in five years. Kelly began his career at Procter & Gamble in 1980. He was promoted 9 times over the next 15 years to the senior position of National Sales Manager. His increasing responsibilities included postings in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Halifax and Chicago where he helped pioneer the Customer Business Team concept with one of P&G’s top 10 worldwide customers. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce of the University of Saskatchewan.
