Judy Murray is a Physiotherapist with 27 years of clinical experience assisting seniors in hospital or home to optimize their function and independence using safe exercise and mobility techniques. Judy completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto as an Advanced Standing Student. She also holds the highest training in the Stanford University Chronic Disease Self-Management Program and has been instrumental in promoting this program to community patients, health care professionals and administrators across the Greater Toronto Area and other provincial locations.

Judy is a strong advocate for patient self-management of chronic disease. She is heavily involved in leading the current health care trend towards chronic disease prevention and management in the community setting.
